What MoneyFound AI collects

MoneyFound AI collects account details, beta lead form submissions, billing metadata, and normalized email communication data when a user connects Gmail or Microsoft Outlook with read-only access.

How email data is used

Email data is used to identify revenue opportunities, generate recommended manual follow-up drafts, and show supporting evidence in the Revenue Opportunity Inbox. MoneyFound AI does not send emails automatically.

OAuth tokens

Provider refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are handled server-side only. Access tokens and refresh tokens are never intentionally exposed to the browser.

Payments

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. MoneyFound AI stores subscription status and Stripe customer metadata needed to operate billing gates.
